Collector Car Appraisals will furnish you a professional appraisal based on the information you supply in the following form. Appraisal will be sent to you either via Email or United States Postal Service, whichever you choose. Payment must be received in full using the methods provided before appraisal will be sent.
You, the customer, agree not to distribute any information obtained on this website, other than the information you have paid for. You the customer also acknowledge that since the appraisal is generated by the information that you provide, Collector Car Appraising cannot be held responsible or liable for any information that is misleading, false, or omitted.
Collector Car Appraisals fully guarantees that you will receive an appraisal that usable for your purpose for a period of thirty days. You must send us an Email within that thirty day time period explaining exactly why the appraisal is not usable. You will then grant us 10 days from the date on the Email for the opportunity to resolve the problem. If after that time the appraisal is still unusable by you, Collector Car Appraisals will refund the original purchase price in full by means of a check delivered by United States Postal Service.
Our appraisals are generated using information you provide and also our extensive knowledge and libraries. Our appraisals are meant to be used as a comparative document for the purpose of insuring or setting an average value on your vehicle for whatever reason necessary. Our appraisals are not, however intended to be used as the sole means of judgement concerning a purchase or sale. A physical inspection is always best in these circumstances.
Also Collector Car Appraisals a limited guarantee that you will receive your appraisal within 24 hours of the time indicated on the Email we receive confirming payment. This guarantee ONLY APPLIES if you pay by any of the supplied means other than a mail-in payment. Also you must select the option to have the appraisal Emailed to you. If we mail the appraisal to you via USPS or any other conventional means, the guarantee does not apply. Collector Car Appraisals is not responsible for Email server shutdowns, Computer breakdowns, invalid Email addresses, and any circumstance that would prevent the normal delivery of an Email sent to the address you provide.
Collector Car Appraisals is not responsible for any false information you submit to us. Furthermore you understand that the appraisal you are about to order is heavily based upon the information you supply and you agree to hold Collector Car Appraisals harmless from any liabilities that may arise from use of the appraisal you purchase.
